1. Services Eligible for Refunds

We offer refunds for certain services under the following conditions:

  • Design Services: If you are not satisfied with the initial design concepts provided, you may request a revision. If the revised design does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund before final approval.

  • Printing Services: Refunds for printed materials will only be provided in the event of significant printing errors or defects caused by us (such as wrong colors, incorrect sizing, or damaged products during delivery). You must provide evidence of the defect, such as photos or written descriptions.

  • Digital Marketing Services: Refunds for digital marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO, PPC, or social media ads) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not guaranteed for services already rendered, but partial refunds may be available if the campaign has not been fully executed.

2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

  • Design Services: Request a refund before final design approval and file handover.

  • Printing Services: Notify us of any defects or issues within 7 days of receiving your printed materials.

  • Digital Services: Refund requests for digital marketing services must be made before the full execution of the campaign or within the first 30 days of service activation.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Approved Designs: Once you have approved a design and we have delivered the final files, the service is considered complete, and no refund is available.

  • Custom Printed Products: Products that have been printed according to approved designs and specifications cannot be refunded unless there is a defect in the printing or materials.

  • Completed Digital Marketing Services: Services that have been fully delivered, such as completed SEO work, paid ad campaigns, and social media management, are non-refundable once the work has been done.

4. Returns for Printed Materials

If you receive damaged or defective printed products, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation:

  • Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Include photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund based on the severity of the issue.

  • Defective Printing: In case of errors on our end (e.g., wrong colors, misalignment, or print defects), we will reprint the product at no additional cost or offer a refund if reprinting is not feasible.

Please Note: We are not responsible for customer-provided errors (e.g., typos, incorrect content or dimensions). We encourage you to carefully review proofs before approving them for printing.

5. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, we will process your refund as follows:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be made using the original method of payment (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).

  • Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
